黎巴嫩:向西看

贝鲁特—显然,选民并不支持真主党领导的“3•8力量”。黎巴嫩议会选举日前平稳而顺利地结束,亲西方的“3•14力量”获得了明显多数的71席,而3•8力量只获得了58席。这一消息令阿拉伯各国长舒一口气,亦令欧洲和北美领导人如释重负。

情况在选举之前并不乐观,亲叙利亚和伊朗的3•8力量获胜似乎是板上钉钉。伊朗总统内贾德信誓旦旦地公开预测,3•8力量将赢得选举。

但3•14力量还是获胜了。这对于黎巴嫩及其周边地区来说是个好消息,有利于维持黎巴嫩及其阿拉伯和西方友国之间的关系,也可以视为克制和实用主义对冲突和极端主义的无声的胜利。对奥巴马政府来说,这一结果也令人满意,避免了奥巴马6月4日对开罗的历史性访问所取得的成果付之东流。
