كيف نصمم السعادة

لندن- خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية شهد الفكر المتعلق بالسعادة تغيرا كبيرا فحتى وقت قريب كان يبدو من المنطق الافتراض بإن السعادة تحددها عوامل مثل الحظ أو القدر أو الجينات الخارجه عن سيطرتنا. لقد كان من السهل ان نؤمن بكلمات صامويل بيكيت " دموع العالم تتدفق باستمرار".

لكن الاكشافات الجديدة تشير الى اساليب تفكير جديده تتعلق بالسعادة وتعتبر السعادة كشيء يمكن ان نتحكم به ويمكن ان نقوم بتعليمه.

ان السعادة تعتمد على العديد من العوامل فمن الاشياء الواضحة مثل الاستمتاع بالصحة الجيدة والعلاقات الوثيقة الى امور اخرى قد لا تبدو بديهيه للوهلة الاولى مثل الانخراط في سلوك كريم . ان بعض تلك العوامل بالامكان تعليمها او تعزيزها كما ان الدورات التي تعلم العادات العقلية الايجابية-مثل تقدير الاشياء التي تهم وتجنب التفكير بالانتكاسات- قد اظهرت تحسنا ملموسا بالرفاهية. لقد ساعد الدلاي لاما مؤخرا في اطلاق سلسة من تلك الدورات في لندن وهي دورات تم تطويرها من قبل منظمة العمل من اجل السعادة وهي منظمة ساعدت انا في تأسيسها.
