إعادة تشكيل المشهد العمالي

دافوس- بينما يتغير الإقتصاد العالمي برتم سريع للغاية فإن سوق العمل في العديد من البلدان لا يعانيحتى يلحق بالركب فحسب ولكن يبدو أنه قد أصبح معطلا كذلك حيث يوجد في تلك البلدان بطالة مرتفعة ووظائف شاغرة. لقد فشلت الإنتاجية المرتفعة في أن تترجم إلى أجور أعلى وبالنسبة للعديد من الناس فلقد أصبح الإنتقال إلى وضع أفضل بعيد المنال حتى بعد أن بدأ الأقتصاد بالتحسن مجددا.

لحسن الحظ يبدو أن التغيير يجري حاليا فهناك أربعة إتجاهات عالمية تعيد تشكيل عالم العمل وتساعد في حل التناقضات وتتغلب على الفشل في سوق العمل بينما تتأقلم الشركات والعمال والحكومات مع البيئة الديمغرافية والتقنية والإقتصادية الجديدة.

إن الإتجاه الأول هو ديمغرافي ففي معظم أرجاء العالم هناك مجتمعات يزداد فيها عدد كبار السن وتنخفض فيها معدلات الولادة وهذا يعني أن أيام العمالة الوفيرة قد وصلت إلى نهايتها . إن حوالي 60% من سكان العالم يعيشون في بلدان بقوى عاملة في حالة جمود أو إنخفاض . لقد وصل عدد السكان في سن العمل لذروته سنة 2010 وبحلول سنة 2050 فإن أكثر من ربع السكان سوف يكونوا فوق سن 65 سنة (اليوم 8% فقط ) وفي ألمانيا من المتوقع أن تتقلص العمالة بمقدار ستة ملايين خلال الخمس عشرة سنة القادمة.
