而在器官捐赠领域的这些上述新进展令“究竟贩卖器官是否属于犯罪”这个问题再次浮现出来。仅美国国内,每年就有10万人在等待器官移植,但最终只有2.3万名病人能够得偿所愿,还有6000人没能等到合适的器官就已经过世了。
