美国剑桥—美国正在内向化和孤立主义化吗?在最近的达沃斯世界经济论坛上,很多金融和政治领袖想我提出了这样一个问题,在几天后举行的慕尼黑安全会议上也是如此。在达沃斯,国务卿克里发表了强力演说,毫不含糊地指出:“美国绝没有减少参与,反而因为比从前更多地参与而自豪。”但这一问题仍没有得到解答。
