坎布里奇——多数人认为至少到目前为止,俄罗斯总统普京一直是乌克兰危机的赢家。他吞并1954年赫鲁晓夫强制移交给乌克兰的克里米亚的举动在国内赢得了广泛赞誉,他也在很大程度上对西方政府的反应嗤之以鼻。但从更长远的角度来看,普京能否取得最终胜利仍然是未知数。
