安倍晋三的亚洲支点

伦敦——过去一年中,东亚三大最成功经济体——日本、韩国和中国——之间的关系一直在缓慢而稳步地攀升。这一点应该引起注意,因为上述三国间的彼此关系从未呈现过顺利和轻松。二十世纪和它们长期对抗的历史造就了现在这种状况。

今年八月,日本首相安倍晋三在二战结束70周年纪念仪式上的致辞要么将加速和解、要么将结束和解进程。鉴于他的右翼血统和对日本侵略史的修正主义看法,该地区恐怕要准备面对由他讲话引发的新一轮外交动荡。
