华沙—在过去60年中,欧洲一体化工程面临着诸多挑战:战后经济困境、共产主义的严重束缚、后冷战时代的不确定性。但是,尽管欧洲一体化工程克服了所有这些问题,如今欧盟已经有了28个成员国,其中许多还共用一种货币,但欧盟仍面临着另一个同样重要的挑战——减轻让其主要行业不堪重负的监管负担。
