发自锡耶纳——当前意大利总理马泰奥·伦齐(Matteo Renzi)在其国内的信誉跌至新低,需要联合各路人马才能挺过十二月宪法公投这一关——从而避免可能爆发的政治动乱。伦齐不仅需要获得已经在公投议题中陷入严重分裂的本党派的支持,还需要争取已经对政治大失所望的意大利选民的支持。

如今两年过去了,已经兑现的承诺却比预期中要少得多,当前的伦齐更像是个政治稳定的担保人,而不是像他从前的绰号“rottamatore”那样成为一台横扫旧势力的推土机。纵使他已经不怎么再提自己的有条件下台承诺;但如果选民否决了参议院改革议案,他将成为一个跛脚鸭总理,到时就只能下台,否则就会威胁政治稳定。
