老板们是否挣得太多?

当法国在2001年制定法律,要求上市公司披露其主管的薪金报酬以来,各个报纸就大肆谴责那些贪得无厌的老板们。报纸不仅报道了他们的固定工资,而且还有奖金、董事会成员费用、期权收益、养老金以及公司提供的喷气飞机或者专职司机的汽车等其他特权。但是,直到现在,当报章的注意力转移到其他地方后,主管们的薪金问题脱离了人们的视野。

今年,企业高层主管们开始引人关注。六月份,法国最大的公共特许和建设公司范希公司的董事长和首席执行官扎沙里拉斯被迫辞职,原因是董事会的大多数成员认为其薪金高得离谱。他的年薪是430万欧元,退休奖金1300万欧元,养老金220万欧元,还有价值大约1亿730万欧元的期权。但是争论的焦点是他在任期结束前成功地进行了一项金融运作,要求8百万欧元的额外奖金。

更晚些时候,法德联合欧洲航空防务及航天公司的法国籍副首席执行官福尔杰拉德由于饱受质疑而被迫辞职。原因是他在今年三月该公司宣布代价巨大的空中客车A380推迟生产前出售了他的公司股票。福尔杰拉德是否违法尚在调查之中,但是,这一宣布推迟使得股价一夜之间暴跌26%,公司市值蒸发了55亿欧元,其宝座变得摇摇欲坠。
