欧洲做的都是错的?

那些所谓的欧元区内的“边缘区”国家(希腊、西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰,可能还有其他国家)需要实施互补的调整措施。各国经常各自讨论这些调整措施,但事实上,各国应该一起进行调整。的确,要把这些国家的经济重新带到健康的轨道,三种明显的调整是必要的:欧元区与世界间的调整,欧元区内边缘区与核心区国家间的调整,严重负债的边缘区国家的债务与收入间的调整,尤其是希腊的。

每种调整的方案非常明显,实施这些方案也十分复杂。首先,为了减轻边缘区国家的压力(起码部分减轻),欧元区必须通过大幅贬值欧元——欧元现在已经在贬值,导出一些所需的调整。这是欧元区和世界间的调整。
