MIAMI – Ist innovatives Schaffen erlernbar? Kann man Innovation in der Schule unterrichten?

Nach der Lektüre von Büchern führender Experten im Bereich Innovation – Clayton Christensen, Henry Chesbrough, John Kao, James Andrew und Harold Sirkin – war ich zwar fasziniert, aber leider auch frustriert.  Innovation ist die Produktion neuen Wissens, das wiederum einen Wert generiert. Innovation hat mit frischen Ideen zu tun, die zu neuartigen Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Prozessen führen, zu neuen Managementmethoden sowie zu Entwürfen und Erfindungen, die Firmen, Regionen und Ländern zu Gewinnen verhelfen.  

Unter den meisten Experten herrscht Einigkeit, dass es auf die Frage, wie man Innovationen hervorbringt, keine vorgefertigten Formeln oder Rezepte gibt. Ist es jedoch möglich, die entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen – Ideen zu filtern, Pläne durchzuführen und Kreativität zu unterstützen -  unter denen die Innovation floriert?
