飓风桑迪和气候变化

佐治亚州阿森斯——在北美飓风季逐渐减弱的时候,超级风暴按理不该再对美国东海岸造成大规模的破坏,而飓风桑迪却在此时提醒人们极端天气事件到底有多严重。作为2012年飓风季中心气压最低的飓风,桑迪可能已经造成了高达200亿美元的损失,也因此成为史上破坏力最强的飓风之一。
