加沙地带的人性赌注

安曼—人们总会为被浪费的时间感到遗憾。但在中东,浪费时间也是危险的。又一年过去了,但在弥合巴以冲突双方的裂痕方面却依然没有多少进展。目前发生在加沙的空袭以及针对阿斯科伦,斯德诺特等以色列南部城镇的持续火箭炮袭击只能证明局势正在变得有多么悲惨可怕。

以色列和加沙—巴勒斯坦领袖之间的安全僵局也已经导致以色列封锁自己提供的食品援助,从而使得150万加沙人已经面临真正的饥饿局面。看上去,以色列正在再次强调它在应对加沙地带的巴勒斯坦人时,“不妥协的”安全才是在排在第一位的。然而,这种集中关注只会阻碍产生创造性地非暴力解决巴以争端的机会。
