雅典—希腊政府与我们的四个欧洲和国际合作伙伴之间的谈判就克服希腊多年来的经济危机、制造持续经济复苏所需要的步骤的问题达成了许多一致。但仍没有产生协议。为什么?产生可行的、互相同意的改革日程需要什么措施?

我们和我们的合作伙伴已经就许多问题达成了一致。希腊税收体系需要修正,收入当局必须摆脱政治和公司的影响。退休金体系有很大的问题。希腊经济的信用循环已经破坏。劳动力市场被危机摧毁并且深度割裂,生产率增长停滞不前。公共管理急需现代化,公共资源必须得到更有效率的使用。巨大的障碍阻碍着新公司的形成。产品市场竞争限制过多。不平等性也达到了非常激烈的成都,导致社会无法团结在必须的改革背后。

除了这一个共识,希腊的新发展模式协议还需要克服两大障碍。首先,我们必须就如何整合希腊的财政形成一致。其次,我们需要一个全面的、互相同意的改革日程,以此作为整合路径的基础并激发希腊社会的信心。
