柬埔寨的暴力和平

堪培拉—柬埔寨政府又卷入了谋杀。不是20世纪70年代的红色高棉宗族灭绝大屠杀,也不是动荡不已的叙利亚那种规模的杀戮,也不是乌克兰、委内瑞拉、泰国和孟加拉国最近登上全球新闻头条的杀戮。但终究是谋杀,柬埔寨安全部队蓄意地将目标对准了柬埔寨人民。

1月3日,三名罢工的纺织工人在金边参加要求增加最低生活工资的和平示威时被射杀。还有许多人因枪击和击打严重受伤。20多人在未经审判的情况下遭到囚禁。而在此前曾发生过针对反对去年存在严重问题的全国选举的手无寸铁的示威者的致死暴力时间。在去年的选举中,首相洪森的执政党——柬埔寨人民当再度获胜,该党已主宰柬埔寨政坛超过三十年。

最近的杀戮行为不过是柬埔寨历史关键时期反复发生的政治暴力的重演,甚至在1991年巴黎和平协定(Paris Peace Agreement,旨在为柬埔寨长期遭遇苦难的人民带来和平、民主和人权)后,柬埔寨依然是暴力不断。柬埔寨经历了二十多年的大动乱,美国的大规模轰炸、内战、红色高棉的种族灭绝政策、越南入侵、更多内战接踵而至,两百万人因此丧生,这个国家不应该继续发生杀戮事件,哪怕只有三个人遇难。
