“法国重返欧洲……”万事俱备?

当尼古拉•萨科奇成为法国总统时,他宣布他的国家将重返主流欧洲。从那时起,萨科奇就将自己置身于欧洲政治激流中。他的活力—与德国总理默克尔的谈判才能相结合—克服了欧洲对新的改革公约的对抗并使欧盟从两年以来踌躇不决的软弱中站立起来。但这一胜利仅标志着法国在部分层面上重返欧洲。法国人当下必须解决他们对欧洲态度的不明朗,这一问题数十年来一直影响着法国的国家政策。
