PARIS – La France vient de connaître sa neuvième élection Présidentielle au suffrage universel direct. Et pour la première fois depuis dix sept ans, c'est à dire après trois défaites (la durée du mandat est passée de sept ans à cinq ans), la gauche a gagné, en la personne de François Hollande.

Tout cela est lourd de sens.
