维持现状的法塔赫代表大会

发自赫兹利亚(以色列港口城市)——近日在伯利恒召开的法塔赫第六次代表大会是关乎阿以冲突及巴勒斯坦民族运动未来的重要事件。但如果认真观察一下的话,人们就会发现本次大会选举法塔赫中央委员会成员的最终结果,相较于外界的许多判断来说,勾勒出的是一幅相当不同的图景。

此次大会似乎是为了向人们证明三个重点:法塔赫正在向对以色列和平方面靠拢,并在自身运作方面引入了民主程序。此外,新一代领导人,或者说是一个被称为“青年卫队”的特殊组织已经承担起法塔赫的领导责任。但其实,人们的以上三点解读在很大程度上都是错误的。

就推进和平进程的方式而言,新中央委员会同其前任相比几乎是如出一辙。当选的18名成员中(巴勒斯坦自治机构领导人穆罕默德·阿巴斯随后将增加任命4名成员),不超过两位,即只有纳比尔·沙阿斯和穆罕默德·施塔耶是真正的温和派。至少有四名成员(穆罕默德·阿尔-古奈姆,萨利姆·阿尔-扎农,阿巴斯·扎吉和纳赛尔·齐德拉)坚持走强硬路线,而其他大多数成员将会在很大程度上将遵循法塔赫传统的政策方针。
