欧盟大胆的新战略

布鲁塞尔——当各种问题像在欧洲一样累积时(英国退欧决策后接踵而来的是土耳其的政变失败)——吸引人们注意力的往往是最近发生的问题。稍早发生的问题现在显得不那么紧迫,因此容易被人忽视。多年以来,我们欧洲人对此早已见怪不怪:说到底,没有任何问题最终得到了解决。

土耳其政变现在看似正在自我解决,尽管对那个重要国家会产生什么样的长期影响还没有人能够确定。英国退欧毫无疑问切实打击了欧洲项目。一个成员国令人遗憾地选择独自前行,但这并不一定会令欧洲陷入到破坏性最强的瘫痪境地。

欧盟必须解决的诸多问题不会只随时间的流逝而消失。欧洲安全是最紧迫的问题之一:没有采取联合行动的每一天都将失去一次机会,并且意味着更大的风险来临。
