乌克兰:欧洲的战略枢纽

柏林 —— 有人说,革命到头来总会吞噬自己的儿女。就“颜色革命”而言,这显然不假。先是格鲁吉亚,如今轮到了乌克兰。 2004 年“橙色革命”的英雄,乌克兰总统尤先科,在几周以前的首轮总统选举中落败,只拿到了 6% 的选票。

此前的形势是,乌克兰的自由之春已经退化成一种明显的发展停滞,政府的无能和腐败引发了变革的呼声。无论其余的候选人谁最终当选,是现任总理季莫申科抑或亚努科维奇,橙色革命的历史一页肯定会就此翻过。

所以,现在值得回顾一下,想当年,基辅市中心的独立广场那些激动人心的日日夜夜、尤先科的最终当选,牵出了多少 憧憬 和希望。那是民主和独立对舞弊和强权的胜利。
