欧洲:下注无悔

伯克利——最近几周是欧元问世11年来最刺激也最重要的一段日子。先是希腊危机和救助。当危机蔓延到葡萄牙与西班牙,又出台了1万亿美元的救助计划。最后,欧洲央行史无前例地购买西班牙、葡萄牙、希腊和爱尔兰的债券。在1个月以前还显得不可思议的事情,居然全都发生了。

种种惊人然而错误的预言也令这两周更加波诡云谲。什么希腊会被踢出欧元同盟咯;什么欧元区会分裂成一南一北两个同盟咯;更有甚者,说如果德国不支持救助方案,欧元乃至欧盟都会解体云云。

然而,欧盟各国领导人没有选择亮牌,而是加倍下注。他们明白,如果押错了宝,这个赌局的代价会十分巨大。他们明白,各自的政治生命都押在这上头了。他们也明白,既然已经下了注,也就不能反悔了。
