巴勒斯坦的欧洲角色?

本月早些时候,非政府组织巴勒斯坦国际儿童保护组织(Defense for Children International – Palestine,DCIP)向联合国秘书长潘基文递交了一份报告,总结了2014年巴以冲突所造成的儿童伤亡情况。该报告凸显出这场冲突伤害最大的后果。它的发布也提醒我们为何没能在这一和平进程上取得进展。

根据DCIP报告,去年有561名儿童被杀——其中557人是巴勒斯坦人,大部分死于去年夏天以色列在加沙进行的护刃行动(Operation Protective Edge)。此外还有近3,000名巴勒斯坦儿童在这场为期50天的冲突中受伤,大约1,000名儿童永久致残。
