欧洲的危险新常态

伦敦—十年前,十个国家加入了欧盟。如今,塞浦路斯、捷克、爱沙尼亚、匈牙利、拉脱维亚、马耳他、波兰、斯洛伐克和斯洛文尼亚都被普遍认为充分融入了欧洲国家。1989年柏林墙倒塌所带来的巨大的政治变局,以及随后冗长的欧盟入盟过程造就了这一新常态,一个摆脱了冷战政治和经济扭曲的常态。

如今,乌克兰正在这条路上冒险前行——并且没有获得被欧盟完全接受的承诺。在这个周年纪念,在一个地缘政治紧张局面在欧洲大陆重现的时刻,我们大有必要提醒自己这一新常态对十年前加入欧盟的国家意味着什么,对乌克兰又可能意味着什么。
