是的,大部分投资者、监管者、消费者甚至政客将在相当长的时间内铭记金融濒死的体验,因此像2008年剧烈崩盘这样的事件在短期内不会重演。完全重启鲁莽模式还得等一段时间。

但是,另一方面,并没有发生多少根本性改变。危机产生的立法和监管大体上都是为了维持现状。政客和监管者既没有政治勇气,也没有明智观点,而这些都是重返更清晰、更简单系统的必要条件。
