剑桥-他们会还是不会呢?世界各国的贸易部长会最终签订一个新的降低农业补贴和工业关税的多边贸易协定呢,还是会空手而归?当本轮谈判于2001年在卡塔尔的多哈启动的时候,随着随后无数的起起落落、谈判濒于失败以及谈判时间的延长,这个故事就上演了。

最近一轮在日内瓦进行的会谈再次以没有达成任何协议收场。根据一些财经报道和经济学家的说法判断,对它的期望再高都不为过。
