伊朗的议会选举重要吗?

德黑兰-我们应该认真看待伊朗将在3月14日举行的议会选举吗?或者仅仅把它当成是一场对一个无力的政治体制的虚假投票呢?

自相矛盾的是,伊朗的选举按照民主 专制的标准都显得很另类。尽管这些选举既不自由也不公正,但是在候选人之间还是存在着真正的差异,而选举常常会产生出人意料的结果。而那些获胜者早就被预先决定的受到操纵的选举相比,伊朗的体制允许在预先选择的候选人之间进行竞争性的选举。在1997年的时候,很少有人会预见到改革派的哈塔米能在总统大选中获得大胜,而更少有人会想到强硬派的内贾德能在2005年赢得总统大选。

对于那些认为伊朗的民主玻璃杯是半空的人来说,3月14日的议会选举将是这个伊斯兰共和国自1979年成立以来的第28次全国大选,这进一步彰显了它在中东地区一种独特的政治文化的形象。正如伊朗学者米拉尼所说的,“尽管它存在种种严重的缺陷,但是正是通过这一过程我们才能期望给伊朗的政策和行为带来变化。”
