发自普林斯顿——欧盟的主权债务危机不但从根本上动摇了欧元,还损害了其民主制度以及政府公信力。虽然当前欧洲的苦难和踌躇还仅限于希腊,爱尔兰和匈牙利这样的小国。但这几个国家的政府似乎都违背了民主契约中的一系列基本信条。

而欧盟轮值主席制度则将人们的注意力引向了其中一个国度。匈牙利即将执掌欧盟大权,而对该国总理维克托·奥尔班篡改宪法镇压媒体的讨论却日趋激烈,同时还夹杂着人们对该国金融稳定性的再度忧虑。

匈牙利有足够的理由为债务的政治后果感到担心。须知这个国家依然保持着恶性通货膨胀的世界纪录——1940年代该国货币竟然贬值了1027倍,直接导致了共产主义独裁政权的上台。
