空气中的污染物,尤其是细微颗粒(小于2.5微米,也就是大约像蜘蛛丝那么宽)能够深入人的肺部,再从那里进入血液, 进而引发心肺病、癌症,还有可能导致早产。这究竟会造成多大的健康风险?

遗憾的是,我们对这个话题的探讨往往并不明确。我们说空气质量差往往是指它在一定程度上高于世卫组织标准,或者达到了特定的“空气质量指标”(AQI)。但与熟悉的危险比较更有利于加深公众对问题的理解程度。
