巴勒斯坦能赢得和平吗?

拉马拉—上个月,以色列和巴勒斯坦首次达成结束战争的停火协议,这令人瞩目。几乎是在同时,巴勒斯坦总统阿巴斯通过电视广播在其拉马拉总部宣布加沙战争结束,而哈马斯领导人号召加沙巴勒斯坦人走上街头庆祝他们所想象的胜利。
