这是个信任问题,或者说信任缺失问题。2014年埃德尔曼信任指数(2014 Edelman Trust Barometer)表明只有不到五分之一的全球公众认为商界和政府官员会在面临困难问题时说出真相。

这一公众情绪正在影响全球商业。杜克大学《首席财务官》杂志全球商业展望调查(Duke University CFO Magazine Global Business Outlook Survey)发现,近60%的美国首席财务官认为公共信任缺失已经危害到商业环境。这一百分比在世界其他地区甚至还要高。
