战胜恐惧

华盛顿-即便在发达国家出手拯救金融体系使银行间借款的萎缩开始缓解后,不断下滑的经济指数还是使股票市场持续下跌。曾经被许多人认为与世界其他地区“分隔”开的新兴市场国家随着外国贷款撤出以及资产变卖也开始承受越来越大的压力。

随着恐惧心理在全世界消费者、企业以及各个国家之间的蔓延,人们谈论的话题已经从发达国家温和的经济衰退转变为严重的全球经济衰退。有一种悲观的情绪认为随便我们怎么做都无法阻止它的发生。

发生了什么事情?两周之前所采取的那些稳定金融体系的措施难道都错了吗?当然不是。流动资金的提供、银行的重新资本化以及发达国家更加统一的存款保险,这些都是完全正确并且必要的措施。但是后面还有很多的事情需要我们去做。
