多年来,中国政府试图扩大权益所有权,从而让更多的中国公民在成功的市场经济转型中分得一杯羹。但是,与美国在2008年危机前扩大房屋所有权的措施一样,中国的政策过犹不及,造成了一个金融上不可持续的局面,并极有可能出现剧烈的价格下跌和混乱。
