具有中国特色的发展金融学?

发自日内瓦——在亚洲基础设施投资银行(AIIB)再次添加了一批姗姗来迟的创始成员国后,如今焦点开始转向以中国为导向的亚投行规则和规定的设置。但最重要的问题依然存在,就是亚投行对现有的多边金融机构,比如世界银行,究竟是潜在的竞争对手还是喜闻乐见的补充。

自从去年10月中国和20个主要亚洲国家签署了亚投行最初的谅解备忘录后,其他36个国家,包括澳大利亚、巴西、埃及、芬兰、法国、德国、印尼、伊朗、以色列、意大利、挪威、俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、南非、韩国、瑞典、瑞士,土耳其和英国——均以创始成员国的身份加入其中。

根据中国财政部公布的资料消息,亚投行的创始成员计划在7月前完成谈判协议条款,并于今年底开始实施。中国将成为谈判会议的常务主席,与轮值主席的其他成员国联席主持会谈。4月底,第四届首席谈判代表会议在北京结束,第五届会议将于5月底在新加坡举行。中国经济学家金立群被推选带领亚投行多边临时秘书处,负责监督亚洲投资银行的建立。
