中国的政策转变

北京-最近在北京结束的全国人民代表大会,充满了希望和危险的碰撞。中国每年都会召开为期两周的全国人民代表会,虽然将这一大会描述成橡皮图章是不公平、不准确的,但是基本上,全国人民代表大会的代表们都会对中央政府和中国共产党确定的政策,表示支持。

人们对此次会议抱有的希望是,中国领导层最终会采取一些措施——最好是大胆的措施——来阻止中国主要经济指标的进一步下滑。中国经济增长已经放缓,出口急剧回落,失业率大幅上升,而且其主流的观点认为,“先责怪美国”的策略是很有道理的。分析人士一直在等待中国官员先提出挽救中国经济的详细计划,并借此来挽救资本主义。

此次会议中存在的危险是,中国领导人正是这样做的。
