中国的美国朋友——不可共患难

慕尼黑——由于中国已经将其估值过低的货币人民币与美国挂钩,因此美国金融危机后美元每次贬值都意味着人民币对其他世界货币贬值。但是中国真的是全球货币战争爆发的罪魁祸首吗?

韩国、巴西、台湾、日本、瑞士以及其他许多国家的央行正在购买美元来防止它们本国货币的升值,以此来保护他们的出口。对于欧元汇率超过1.4美元,欧洲也是紧张不已,这远远超出了1.17美元的购买力平价率。

如今,美国正在采取严厉措施对付中国,也准备着一场贸易战。(美国)国会已授权总统,如果中国仍旧不愿大幅提高人民币对美元的价值,那么就对中国商品强加进口税。
