北京——2017年初,中国宣布截止2020年将投资3,600亿美元用于发展可再生能源,并废除建设85座燃煤电厂的计划。3月,中国政府报告该国已经超额完成了能源效率、碳排放强度、清洁能源占比等领域的官方目标。就在上个月,中国的能源监管机构国家能源局推出了降低国家对煤炭依赖的新举措。
