نضوج القطاع المالي على الإنترنت في الصين

بيجين – لقد كشف القادة الصينيون في الشهر الماضي عنتفاصيل الخطة الخمسية الثالثة عشرة والتي سوف تحدد مسار الاقتصاد حتى سنة 2020 . لقد ولت إلى غير رجعة التوجيهات بزيادة الإنتاج الصناعي بوتيرة متسارعة والتي ميزت الخطط الخمسية الماضية والآن فإن التركيز هو على تحقيق نمو مستدام طويل المدى يرتكز على الاستهلاك المحلي وقطاع خدمات أقوى بالإضافة الىريادة الأعمال والإبتكار.

سوف يلعب الإنترنت والذي لديه فعليا أكثر من 680 مليون مستخدم نشط في الصين دورا مهما في تسهيل هذا التحول وعلى وجه الخصوص فإن الإقراض بين النظراء وهو عبارة عن نهج مبسط لتخصيص الائتمان يمكن أن يكون المفتاح لتوسعة وتعميق القطاع المالي الصيني مما سيمكن الشركات من النمو والإبتكار بالاضافة الى تعزيز الاستهلاك المحلي.

بالنسبة للإقراض بين النظراء على الانترنت فإن المستثمرين الأفراد (ومؤخرا المؤسسات الإستثمارية) يقومون بإقراض المقترضين الأفراد بدون الحاجة الى وسيط مالي. إن القروض يمكن أن تتراوح بين 100 يوان صيني (16 دولار امريكي) الى مليون يوان صيني وأن تستهدف المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم بالإضافة الى المقترضين الافراد الذين يصارعون حاليا من أجل الحصول على الإئتمان من خلال المؤسسات التقليدية.
