中国的绿色能源革命

悉尼——如同工业革命以来所有崛起经济体一样,中国的发电系统大多依赖燃烧化石燃料。但只看到这一点就可能忽视一种值得关注的趋势。中国的发电系统正在朝绿色化方向发展——并且速度远非地球上规模相当的其他系统能够比拟。

上述趋势体现在三个方面。其中首先是发电领域。中国电力企业联合会发布的数据显示,中国的化石燃料发电量2014年有史以来首次同比下降了0.7%。此外,非化石燃料发电量则同比增长19%。

值得注意的是,上述变化绝大部分并非来自核能。水能、风能和太阳能等严格意义上的绿色能源发电增长了20%,其中以太阳能发电的增幅最大,实现了175% 的惊人涨幅。太阳能发电在新能源产出方面同样超过核电,去年太阳能发电量增长17.43太瓦时,而核能发电量仅增长14.7太瓦时。而且中国风力发电的贡献量连续第三年超过核能。有鉴于此,中国非碳发电将依赖核电的说法似乎并不准确。
