中国的新世界秩序

发自首尔——中国,这个世界上最大的出口者,制造者以及国际储备资产持有者,已经随时准备在今年取代美国成为世界上最大的经济体(以购买力平价计算)。如今该国正利用其不断膨胀的政治影响力来重塑全球经济治理。事实上,中国遵循邓小平“韬光养晦”指示的日子早已一去不返了。

在数十年如一日积极参与国际经济机构——包括G20,国际货币基金组织,世界银行,世界贸易组织——的运作之后,中国开始变得像一个试图创建新世界秩序的修正主义势力。就在上月,中国就和其他二十个亚洲国家签订了一份谅解备忘录,以建立一个新的多边开发银行——亚洲基础设施投资银行。作为对世界银行以及亚洲开发银行的首个关键性体制冲击,该银行正是由中国动议的。
