Charlie et l’usine médiatique antimusulmane

PARIS – Il est facile de présenter l’attentat sanglant de Charlie Hebdo comme un coup porté à la liberté d’expression. Doit-on néanmoins s’étonner qu’une organisation terroriste internationale connue pour sa brutalité à l’encontre des droits de l’homme et des valeurs humaines s’attaque à un organe de presse devenu expert dans sa provocation ?

De la même manière que les médias sociaux du monde arabe et musulman ont pour habitude de formuler des idées antisémites, il existe aujourd’hui une véritable industrie mondiale d’organes de presse dévoués à tout ce quoi est antimusulman. Chaque semaine, les journalistes français, européens (et de plus en plus indiens), de même que leurs compatriotes bloggeurs, tweeteurs et autres, n’ont de cesse d’exprimer toutes sortes d’idées offensantes ou provocatrices pour les musulmans – du moins pour les plus convaincus et les plus fanatiques d’entre eux.

On dénombre en effet plusieurs centaines de sites Internet, programmes radio et autres chaînes de télévision devenus maîtres dans l’art de la propagande antimusulmane et anti-islam. Le hashtag #killallMoslems apparaît sur Twitter depuis 2011. Bien que cette abondance d’affronts puisse conforter leurs instigateurs dans l’idée de la liberté d’expression, personnellement elle ne me rassure pas en tant que musulman d’Europe.
