布鲁塞尔——俄罗斯占领克里米亚是1938年纳粹德国入侵苏台德以来欧洲亲眼见证的和平时期最赤裸裸的侵略。轻视内维尔·张伯伦和爱德华·达拉第姑息希特勒,纵容其对捷克斯洛伐克领土主张的“慕尼黑教训”或许已经成为一种时尚,但如果西方此次默许俄罗斯吞并克里米亚——这已经是俄总统普京从2008年占领格鲁吉亚阿布哈兹和南奥塞梯地区以来第二次从主权国家窃取领土——今天的民主领袖们肯定会后悔自己的不作为选择。
