纽约——近期,中国政府宣称将在2020年之前将上海打造成全球金融中心, 类似于伦敦和纽约目前的地位。此项愿望能否成功还不可知。中国政府如此的雄心也引发了一些担忧,同时也说明了一些新的事实:近些年来,一些政治人物开始介入原来由市场所决定的事情。

如同近期的金融危机那样,目前这种现象有在全世界范围蔓延之势。在全球的数十个国家中,政治人物已经开始介入,推动地方或是全球金融市场的发展。

中国的出口在2月份已经下滑了25%。中国的总理温家宝却不担心,他认为,中国政府有“充足的存货”来推进5,860亿美元的经济刺激方案,就是通过政府在交通,能源基础设施,房地产以及其他大型项目的投入来创造出数百万个工作机会。
