欧元能幸免于难吗?

诺贝尔奖得主罗伯特·蒙代尔曾为一个成功的单一货币列出条件。当时,欧洲并未符合这些条件;现在也还是如此。虽然废除限制劳动力流动的法律壁垒使欧元区享有单一的劳动力市场,但是语言及文化上的差异使其不能实现像美国那样的劳动力流动性。
