哈马斯当局能否维系?

目前,哈马斯领导的巴勒斯坦政府三分之一成员均遭以色列当局逮捕,巴以关系的升级已超越了军事冲突。一个更大的问题展现在人们面前,那就是,一个从与以色列的协议中获得权力、受到致力于消灭以色列的组织领导的巴勒斯坦政府能否继续执政?

哈马斯一月份赢得议会选举以来该问题就一直萦绕着巴以关系。一名以色列士兵在加沙地带遭绑架,一位18岁以色列平民在约旦河西岸被绑架后遭杀害事件使得该问题变得更加突出。

“四方”(包括美国、欧盟、联合国及俄罗斯)领导的国际社会以向哈马斯政府提出三项作为其取得国际合法性和继续获得财政援助的先决条件。哈马斯必须承认以色列的生存权、停止一切恐怖活动并切实执行巴勒斯坦当局已签署的一切国际协议。这些条件对任何一位旁观者来说似乎都是合理的。但对哈马斯来说,它们似乎破坏了其存在目的。
