英国退欧的资产负债表

布鲁塞尔——戴维·卡梅伦首相提议英国公民举行公投决定是否退出欧盟或许在几年前还貌似一个有一定安全性的赌博。当时大多数人可能会投票留在欧盟内部。但那是在希腊危机对欧元区造成严重破坏之前,此外,数十万难民的到来也导致欧盟(虽然不是英国)在某种程度上失去了对边界的控制。
