世界的进和退

伦敦——随着英国退欧辩论的日渐升级,“留欧”和“退欧”已经成为下周举行英国退欧公投所面临的严峻选择。面临这种状况的并非只有英国:世界各国的心态都在支持“退出”和“留下”的宣传攻势中日趋分化。民众及其领袖是愿意相信合作将会带来更多的安全与繁荣,还是认定躲在有形或虚拟的高墙之后就能让自己的生活变得更好?

秉持“退出”心态的人通过霍布斯镜头观察世界,目睹到处都是被某种力量推动要对他们造成损害的失控的热情。只有无所不能的庞然大物才能保障安全和秩序。

这其实就是奥地利自由党、希腊金色黎明、英国独立党、匈牙利执政的青年民主党以及遍布欧洲和西方世界的类似势力、更不要说全世界专制和赤裸裸的独裁者所秉承的世界观(虽然极端主义的层次各不相同)。恐怖政治及存在于所有社会的极端主义势力是他们的代表。
