打破缅甸的孤立状态

奥巴马政府关于在美国-缅甸关系中寻求新的前进方向之决定,是对数十年来美国试图通过孤立缅甸、以改变其政府行为的努力收效甚微这一事实的承认。随着缅甸执政的将军们准备在今年晚些时候举行自1990年以来的首次选举,如今正是尝试另辟蹊径的时候了。
