伯南克的天上人间

伯克利——美联储董事会主席本·伯南克并没像他的前任艾伦·格林斯潘在金融危机前那样被人们称为圣人。但8月26日,他在怀俄明州杰克森霍尔的讲话让市场十分纠结。市场听到的是混乱的信号。

首先,伯南克并未表示会实施任何进一步的宽松货币政策来支持停滞不前的复苏(或者还不如说是复而不苏)。其次,他向听众保证“我们预期温和复苏会持续,事实上,复苏会有所增强。”这是“因为家庭在修复资产负债表上面也取得了一些进展,他们储蓄增加了,贷款减少了,利息和债务负担也在减少。”此外,商品价格下跌也会“有助于增加家庭购买力。”
