新加坡—人们通过在线平台直接交换商品、服务和劳动的恩呢管理越来越强,这改变了现代经济的运转方式。但为了保证“共享经济”的崛起有效进行并能够改善所有各方的境况,需要一些监管来约束它。

如今,人们可以绕过许多传统服务企业。人们可以使用UberLyftRelayRides共享交通工具;通过Airbnb提供住宿;通过TaskRabbitFiverrMechanical Turk提供家政服务;使用FavorInstacart安排送货上门。类似地,KickstarterLending Club等众筹平台让创业企业得以从普罗大众手中筹集援助金、贷款或投资,而不需要依靠金融中介。

这些在线平台绕过了中介,让个人大展身手,降低了交易成本,创造了更加包容的经济。但它们的演变绝不是直来直去的,要想繁荣,这类服务中有许多需要小心监管——欧洲针对Uber的示威不利裁决就是明证。
